My name is Lauren and welcome to Tangled Yoga Studio! Join me in finding balance in a TRX yoga class, achieve mental concentration in a hatha class or simply relax in a slow paced yin class. There is something for everyone!

TRX YOGA

Using suspension trainers and yoga postures, we will create a flow to improve balance, mobility and postural awareness. 

HATHA YOGA

Using the breath and static postures, we will gain mental concentration and increase flexibility and strength.

YIN YOGA

Using this slow paced style of yoga we will increase flexibility, stretch the deep connective tissue and fascia in the body.
